Their functions include: sorting and delivering mail to private houses and elsewhere; performing mail handling duties in public postal services; sorting, delivering and keeping simple records of incoming and outgoing letters, small packages and messages in an enterprise or organisation; dispatching outgoing mail and performing related duties.
