  • Aufnahme einer Sozialklausel in die Abkommen der Welthandelsorganisation. Umfasst grundlegende arbeitsrechtliche Regeln, auf die sich alle Staaten geeinigt haben, wie z. B. die Freiheit der Gewerkschaften, das Recht auf Kollektivverhandlungen, das Verbot von Sklaverei und Zwangsarbeit, Lohngleichheit, Nichtdiskriminierung und ein Mindestalter der Beschäftigten.
