  • Auf persönlicher Bekanntschaft und verwandtschaftlichen Beziehungen beruhende Form der Günstlingswirtschaft, bei der jemand in offizieller Stellung seine Befugnisse und seine Autorität dazu missbraucht, um einem Familienmitglied oder einem Freund eine Stelle zu verschaffen oder eine Gefälligkeit zu erweisen, obwohl es sein kann, dass der Betreffende nicht dafür qualifiziert oder dazu berechtigt ist.
