Användningsanmärkning

  • Neodvisno stalno sodišče, ki je pristojno za vodenje preiskav in sodnih postopkov zoper posameznike, osumljene najresnejših kršitev mednarodnega humanitarnega prava, tj. genocida, hudodelstev zoper človečnost in vojnih hudodelstev. Razlikuje se od mednarodnih kazenskih sodišč za nekdanjo Jugoslavijo in Ruando ter Meddržavnega sodišča Združenih narodov, ki odloča predvsem o pravnih sporih med državami.
