Here are entered works on deposits paid into a court to discharge an obligation. Works on deposits, in general, and deposits specifically on naked bailments of goods to be kept for depositers are entered under [Deposits (Law).] Works on deposits as payment to bind a bargain are entered under [Earnest.]
