Conditional sales

Here are entered works on the legal aspects of sales in which the buyer gains immediate possession but the seller retains title until the buyer performs a condition, such as payment in full of the purchase price. Works on contracts requiring or authorizing the delivery of goods in separate lots, or payments in separate increments, to be separately accepted, are entered under [Installment contracts.]
